Hi, I’m Amber Evans, Master Hair Stylist in Columbia, MO. My haircuts are styled specifically for your head and face shape to bring out your flattering facial features. We will work together to find the style that is right for your lifestyle. I value explaining to you how to style your hair and teaching you how to care for it and how to recreate the look at home with products specific to your hair type and texture. It gives me great joy and personal satisfaction when you leave happy and confident with your new look. Additionally, I’m passionate about sharing my trade secrets on how to keep or regain healthy hair if thinning hair is a challenge for you. I’ve helped many of my clients restore the health of their scalp enabling them to grow thicker fuller hair.

About Amber

Many years ago I was getting my hair done at a beauty salon chain. The stylist that colored, cut, and styled my hair did a fantastic job. I was so excited about the look that she created for me, I wanted to be able to do this at home. However, my time with her was casual and not informative. She didn’t show me how to use the products on my hair to create the look that she gave me when I got home. I felt so completely under served that I decided I needed to go to cosmetology school to learn for myself.

I have many years of experience in women’s and men’s hair cutting and hair color I am also a Curly Hair expert and a certifided Wig expert.  I’ve also mastered the craft of cutting men’s hair. In my time as a hairstylist I have given over 6000 men’s haircuts. I also love beards, like REALLY love beards. There are landscape markers I can show you to create the most flattering beard shape for your face. Just like contour make-up for women to chisel out perfections on their face, so is the task of the beard for men. The manliness of men… THE BEARDED MAN!!!

When I am not obsessing about men’s haircut styles, the newest hair trends, and regrowing my client’s hair, I like to spend time studying personality types with my husband and working on my post apocalyptic fighting skills.
