I’m Jessica Kahan, Licensed Massage Therapist here at Hair Therapy Salon & Day Spa, in Columbia, MO. I specialize in a very detailed deep tissue massage that my clients love and keep coming back for time after time. When I have the privilege of having you on my table, I will listen to your concerns and target those concerns through deep, therapeutic massage, and finish your time with a lighter touch for relaxation.
For 10 years, I was heavily involved in CrossFit. I realized how difficult this sport was, and how much massage was needed to maintain a high level of performance and decreased pain. It’s because of this experience that I’ve dedicated my life to improving my clients well-being and helping them improve their lives with pain management.
I received my license from The New School for Massage, Bodywork, & Healing, Chicago, IL in 2011. I look forward to using my unique skillset in Deep Tissue Massage to help you live your best physical life!
In my free time, I enjoy long walks with my dogs and working out. I love to travel and explore the world around me.
