 Hair Therapy Salon & Day Spa

Take a tour of our beautiful facility with the Owner & Founder, Kim Olson.

**We are currently short-handed in our stylist department.  On average, we get between 15 and 20 new client requests a week. 

We have a stylist going out on maternity leave in the spring as well.  Your books will grow quickly here at Hair Therapy Salon & Day Spa! 

Our newest stylist was fully booked within 8 months because of our in-house marketing team and her ability to implement coaching strategies for client retention.

Stylist/Barber Crossover

*Understand the importance of client retention by giving an exceptional consultation and inviting the guest to come back to maintain their results in a specified time.

*Meet sales and rebooking goals, with the help of your mentor, to ensure you have a fulfilling and lucrative career.

*Are motivated in marketing yourself to others and documenting your work through social media.

*Manage time throughout the day to ensure that guests’ needs are met and you stay on time while doing so.

*Work as a team and help one another when you can to ensure guests’ and team members’ needs are met.

*Attend all meetings and continuing education requirements.

*Value high-end color and product lines that are natural and companies that are sustainable.

Esthetician

*Manage time throughout the day to ensure that guests’ needs are met and you stay on time while doing so.

Front Desk Staff

You’ve always loved the beauty industry and are interested in being part of it in a meaningful way.  You’re drawn to current trends in hair, beauty, and wellness that salon and day spas offer.  Helping guests have a positive experience and feel cared for during their time with us sounds like a great way to spend a day at work.

This role may be a good fit for you, if you: 

*Have an eye for detail and like to follow systems to get consistent results.

*Quickly learn new things and are good at what you do – yet humility radiates from you.

*Are flexible, reliable, and like working.  You are willing to work Saturdays, some evenings until 7:30, special events, and to fill-in for a team member when needed.

*Enjoy communicating with others, learning new software systems, and the challenge of all things technical.

*Can multi-task when needed and are not easily overwhelmed when multiple things are going on.

*Enjoy keeping things neat and tidy and don’t shy away from daily cleaning.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

*High school or equivalent

*Computer skills: 5 years

*Customer Service: 2 years

*Retail Sales: 1 year
