At Hair Therapy Salon & Day Spa, we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We require a credit card to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged for your service on the card unless you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Anything less than 24 hours is considered a late cancellation which has a fee of 50% of the service. Our No Show fee is 100% of the service missed.

Product Returns

We Will Return

  • Any UNUSED Products or Tools purchased within 30 days. These can be returned to the retail shelves for resale.

  • IF USED, Guests can return any closed container product if they have used a little bit (bottle must be 75% full) of the product but didn’t really like it within 30 days. These products are to be turned into management after the return is made.

We Cannot Return

  • Opened jar-style product containers. Skincare products that are in a jar or container they dip their fingers in or use directly on their skin from an applicator attached to the product container.

  • If they have an allergy to a product that is an open air product container they will need to contact the manufacturer to see if they can get a refund.

  • Hot tools that have been opened and/or used, they will have to call the manufacturer and work with them directly.

Sat: 9AM - 3PM
